This is Wedding Nepal Client Agreement between Wedding Nepal Pvt. Ltd and _____ (client name) for the _____ (event name) dated ____ (date).
This agreement contains the entire understanding between the Client and Wedding Nepal. Therefore, in consideration of the mutual promises set forth hereinafter, the client and the Wedding Nepal Pvt. Ltd. mutually agree as follows:
Terms and conditions
Wedding Nepal will be providing the services decided and finalized in the final quotation and in case of any changes required, both parties are required to inform the other party and re-finalize the final quotation.
Booking is only confirmed once the 50% of the deposit is received and 75% of the payment must be done 1 week before the event.
All deposits are non refundable or non transferable.
All prices will be quoted exclusive of 13% VAT and 10% Service charge. Prices may be subjected to review where proportionate increase arises accordingly on the cost of services provided and unforeseen circumstances.
The client shall be responsible for the reimbursement of the value, if any item or property of the Wedding Nepal, contents or fabrics have been damaged during the course of event as negligence or willful default of the client or any of their guests.
In the event, Clients cancelling the event for whatever reason the booking fee is non-refundable. It will be considered as liquidated damages to the Wedding Nepal Pvt. Ltd.
In the event, Clients postponing the event for whatever reason the booking fee of 10% to 25% shall be deducted depending upon the circumstances as liquidated damages to the Wedding Nepal Pvt. Ltd.
Amendment of the date and time of the event should be informed prior 2 week.
Remaining payment including the 10% Services charge and 13% VAT should be settled within a week after the event is completed.
Any other requirements and services added later will be quoted in the final quotation.
Beverages (beer and Cold drinks) charges will be added later to the total amount after the completion of the event, depending upon consumption.
